Who is Chimark for?
Chimark is available to people who:
- Are ages 5 and older.
- Live within our operating regions.
- Believe that they may be experiencing symptoms of the conditions we treat.
Our comprehensive care model is designed for long-term treatment.
How does Chimark work?
Chimark offers long-term online care and medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions.
What is Chimark's mission?
Our mission is to create awareness about mental health disorders through age-appropriate education sessions, providing culturally sensitive holistic care to renew hope and improve functioning.
Do I need a prescription to use Chimark?
No, you don’t need a prescription to use Chimark. Our prescribing providers are well-trained and will work with you to determine the best treatment and medication plan for you.
Does Chimark treat alcohol dependence?
Our prescribing providers are well-equipped to provide care for alcohol dependence. We offer therapy, counseling services, and medication treatment. Medications we may prescribe for alcohol use disorder include naltrexone, disulfiram, and acamprosate.
Each of our care team members is trained to provide you with treatment and support to overcome your alcohol dependence. We suggest you meet with one of our prescribers to see if our alcohol dependence treatment could be a good fit for you.
What should I do if I'm in a crisis?
If this is an emergency, call 911 OR 1 (800) 273-8255 – which is a 24-hour suicide prevention line that can be reached from anywhere in the U.S. If you don't feel like you are in immediate danger but need guidance regarding your medication.
*If we ever have reason to believe you intend to hurt yourself or others, we may need to share information with your emergency contact in line with established safety protocols.
